Brief

This secondary school situated in Maidenhead got in touch with us when they needed some new flooring in their corridors.

Our estimator went out to measure up the job and establish the customers requirements from the flooring. After reviewing samples with the customer, they decided to go for Polysafe Vogue Ultra PUR.

Process

Polysafe Vogue Ultra PUR is a heavy-duty safety flooring with a 2mm thickness. It is ideal for areas where there may be spillages as it provides sustainable slip resistance and continued underfoot protection.

The customer required this job to be completed over the school holidays, which we accommodated, to prevent disruption to pupils and staff.

We took this job from start to finish, starting with uplifting and disposing of the existing flooring. Once this was uplifted, we prepared the subfloor by applying a coat of primer and latex to all areas. We then fitted the new flooring, ensuring all joins were welded and the stair nosings were fitted.
