In June 2021, we were approached by a client in Reading during the tender stage for a brand-new cinema and entertainment venue. The exciting project included a large live music area, multiple bars, a three-screen cinema, and pop-up food stalls — all designed to create a vibrant and welcoming experience for visitors.
Our estimator visited the site to understand the client’s vision and requirements. They wanted the venue to have a premium, upmarket feel throughout the main areas, with comfortable carpets in the cinema screens and durable commercial flooring in the bar and food preparation spaces.
