Process
Our estimator visited the site to establish the client’s requirements. They expressed their desire to want to modernise the space by replacing their tired vinyl with a new wood effect vinyl. Due to the nature of the area, it was agreed to split the area in two, so they could still open a section of the dining area and could continue trading.
The job included:
- Installing temporary dust barriers
- Uplift and disposal of old vinyl
- Subfloor preparation including primer and latex
- Fitting of Polyflor Forest fx flooring
- Welding to joins
- Capping and coving

This new flooring transformed the space, making it feel fresh and modern.
