Assisted Living Apartment in Hampshire

Brief

This assisted living complex reached out to us when an apartment of theirs needed modernisation.

Process

Our estimator visited the venue to establish the client’s flooring requirements.

It was clear that what was most pressing to them was to achieve a homely feel. For this reason, the client wanted new carpets, vinyl flooring in the kitchen and a new safety wet room floor. We sent out samples to them based on this.

Once they had decided on their new flooring and given us the go ahead, we began the job. This included:

• Uplift and disposal of old carpet and vinyl
• Subfloor preparation including primer and latex to the kitchen and wet room
• Fitting of a Cormar carpet including underlay and gripper
• Fitting of Polyflor Secura to the kitchen
• Fitting of Altro Aquarius, Vole to the wet room
• Installation of door bars
